Captain John’s Fawn Harbor & Marina (CJFHM) is nestled in a secluded bay in the little town of Fawnskin on Big Bear Lake, California.
The only green marina in the area, it is a quaint, rustic establishment that sits adjacent to a wildlife sanctuary. The truth is, when it comes to making a splash, Fawnkin hits the news regularly, but this time the ripples have become waves that recently hit international waters as Captain Serena Saunders accepted the award for the best profit idea at the International Marina & Boating Conference (#IMBC15) in Tampa, Florida.
The small marina and harbor became one of our signature clients after a firm masquerading as an SEO agency had dropped them off of the Internet entirely. After a strategic analysis, we used proprietary strategies and tactics to kick start things. Although efforts on the web usually take months and months to show, the lake marina was soon seeing an increase in new customers and clients. Voting was done using technology, and as her peers voted, it soon became clear that our results had clearly attracted the attention of her colleagues. The short story is that she won by a tidal wave–putting her and Big Bear Lake on the radar of many different businesses and industry leaders.
